Team Manager Independent Chairs
Lincolnshire County Council is looking for a passionate and committed Team Manager. We're looking for a manager with a real spark to manage Independent Chairs and Local Authority Designated Officers (LADO).

The Independent Chairs sit within the Quality and Standards Service and there are three Team Managers who are responsible for the Chairs, LADOs and Reg-44 Visitors. The Chairs have a dual role with responsibility for chairing child protection conferences and undertaking the Independent Reviewing Officer role.
The post is based in Lincoln (Myle Cross) but the team is a county wide one and staff are mobile workers.
What are we looking for?
- A minimum of 5 years post qualifying experience with management experience.
- Innovation, creativity and drive.
- Child focused.
- An excellent communicator with exceptional report writing skills.
- Experience and knowledge of care planning and IRO role, management of safeguarding allegations and Reg-44.
