We have two positions required for 25 & 32.5 hours per week, to start in October 2020.

Contract: 25 & 32.5 hours per week, term time only plus up to 5 training days.

Salary Scale G3, Point 6-9 per annum

We require two Teaching Assistants to work with children who have additional needs.

We are seeking to appoint two Teaching Assistants to join our staff team. These important positions are to support pupils in our Foundation Stage and Year 5 classes with Education Health Care Plans.

We are looking for someone who has:-

  • Experience of working with children with additional needs and particularly Autistic Spectrum Condition and Global Development Delay. In addition, experience with social and emotional support, planning and delivering daily sensory circuits, carrying out physiotherapy programmes and positive play opportunities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Energy, enthusiasm, confidence and the ability to make people smile! 

The successful applicants must be able to liaise effectively with parents and other professional agencies.
