Teaching Assistants - Level 1
Required as soon as possible.
Contract: Two positions for 32.5 hours per week and 25 hours per week, term time only plus up to 5 training days.
Leslie Manser Primary School aims to promote high standards, have an engaging curriculum which is inclusive for all pupils, focus on developing knowledge, skills, understanding and attitudes and develop a love of learning. We want to prepare the children to achieve throughout their lives by encouraging them to be responsible citizens, environmentally aware, good communicators and deep thinkers.
We are seeking to appoint two Teaching Assistants to join our staff team. These important positions are to support a pupil in Year 5 and a pupil in Year 4 with Educational Health Care Plans.
We are looking for:-
• Experience of supporting a child with social and emotional needs
• Experience of supporting a child with social communication differences
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Energy, enthusiasm, confidence and the ability to make people smile!
The successful applicants must be able to liaise effectively with parents and other professional agencies.
