Teaching Assistants KS2
We are looking to appoint someone to join our team of enthusiastic and hard-working teaching assistants at St. Andrew’s Church of England Primary School.
St. Andrew’s is a popular, well-equipped school which strives to provide twenty-first century opportunities whilst maintaining traditional values. The school consists of eight classrooms, a computing suite, a hall, library, learning areas, a technology area, meeting rooms, playgrounds and an extensive playing field. In each of our classrooms there is an interactive screen connected to the internet.
Teaching Assistant KS2 - St Andrews Church of England Primary School Leasingham
Hour per Week – 20 hours
Salary - G3.6 £11732 per annum
Temporary Term Time position
You will need to:
- be a kind, caring individual
- be able to respond sensitively to the individual needs of our children
- demonstrate the ability to work alongside the class teacher to adapt work and provide tailored support across the curriculum
- build good professional relationships with children and colleagues
- be willing to work effectively as part of a team
- have a warm, positive outlook
- be sympathetic to our Christian vision and values
Applicants should hold an appropriate qualification in learning support and ideally have had experience of working in a school setting. They should be literate and numerate to GCSE or equivalent level.
