Teaching Assistant x 2
We are looking to appoint two outstanding Teaching Assistants who is passionate about helping provide outstanding learning opportunities for our pupils to develop understanding and a love of learning.
The applicants should be friendly, approachable, caring and adaptable and be proactive, enjoying using their initiative and a knowledge of SEN.
Both post are temporary and the positions are based on the needs of the child concerned, the school and whether the external funding remains in place, it will be reviewed annually. In line with school policy, the position is also subject to a satisfactory 6-month probation period.
Teaching Assistant x 2 - Navenby C of E Primary School
Position 1 £9840 pro rata pay fixed until 2027
The successful applicant will work as a 1-1 TA in Year 2 for 16 hours 25mins per week (this includes 1 hour planning time). Hours of work would be:
• 9.30 am until 12.00 pm Monday to Friday,
• 1.00 pm until 3.30 pm Tuesday
Position 2 £13998 pro rata pay fixed until August 2025
The successful applicant will work as a 1-1 TA in Year 6 for 23 hours 20mins per week (this includes 1 hour planning time). Hours of work would be:
• 9.30 am until 12.10 pm Monday to Friday,
• 1.10 pm until 2.10 pm Monday and Wednesday
• 1.10 pm until 3.30 pm Tuesday, Thursday and Friday
