Teaching Assistant level 1
We are seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to join our staff team at Leslie Manser Primary School. This important position is to support a pupil currently in Year 5 with an Education Health Care Plan.
Teaching Assistant (Level 1)
(Required as soon as possible)
Contract: A position for 32.5 hours per week, term time only plus up to 5 training days.
Salary Scale G3, Point 6-9 per annum
We are looking for:-
• Experience of supporting a child with social and emotional needs
• Experience of supporting a child with social communication differences
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Energy, enthusiasm, confidence and the ability to make people smile!
The successful applicant must be able to liaise effectively with parents and other professional agencies.
