Teaching Assistant L1
Welcome to St. Margaret's Church of England Primary School. We are a small school for children aged 4-11 located in the village of Withern, Lincolnshire. We look forward to welcoming you into our school community. We are currently recruiting for a teaching assistant to join our team to work alongside the class teacher in the mornings and to deliver high-quality KS2 maths interventions in the afternoons.
The successful candidates will be passionate practitioners who can:
• Work with a mixed class of year 4 and 5 pupils under the guidance of the class teacher
• Participate in the preparation of the classroom
• Support pupils with special educational needs
• Keep records
• liaise with staff, pupils and parents
In addition, desired ability to:
• Deliver specific maths interventions to KS2 pupils
• Run an after school club 3:15-4pm once a week.
