HIGHER LEVEL TEACHING ASSISTANT – Maternity Cover

Salary: G6 -  Points 15 – 18 Pro Rota £22,401 (£10,805)

3 days per week  (18 hours) - 8:30am – 3:30pm

Start Date: 1st September 2020

We are a federation of two small schools who work closely together. We wish to appoint a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (H.L.T.A.) to cover maternity leave and to work as part of our team, primarily based at Gedney Church End Primary School. We are looking for somebody with commitment, energy and drive to join our team and work closely with staff to provide positive learning experiences for all our pupils.

This post is suitable for experienced or recently qualified candidates.

We expect the successful candidate to:

  • Have high expectations of learning and behaviour and inspire and motivate our children;
  • Be supportive, nurturing and understanding with high expectations.
