Teaching Assistant - Higher Level

Teaching Assistant - Monks Abbey Primary and Nursery School, Lincoln
As the HLTA for our school, you will be covering scheduled PPA across KS1 and 2 and support groups of children with intervention.
You will be required to teach independently, following guidelines outlined by the school’s curriculum, as well as provide timely marking and feedback to support the children’s learning.
The ideal candidate:
- Has a good understanding of the National Curriculum
- Has experience covering classes
- Able to lead quality lessons
- Has a passion for teaching
- Has a willingness to learn and progress
- Has good behaviour management skills
- Is able to communicate effectively with others, have fun and be part of an amazing team
