St John the Baptist Primary School (Spalding) are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with SEMH needs.
Teaching Assistant
Salary Range: G3 06 – G3 09 (FTE £22,737 - £23,893 pro rata) depending on experience
32.5 hours per week (8.30am – 12.30pm 1.00pm – 3.30pm) these may vary.
One Year Fixed Term Contact - Required as soon as possible
We are seeking to employ an outstanding and passionate individual to join our support staff team.

• the ability to set high expectations and standards for all children?
• the ability to work in a team and form positive relationships with staff, pupils and parents?
• an ability to identify and remove barriers to learning?
• good organisational and interpersonal skills?
• good literacy and numeracy skills?
• flexibility in your approach and thinking?
• a qualification or previous experience in Supporting Teaching and Learning or SEMH?
