Starting salary G3 point 6 - 9 (£18,562 - £19,698 pro-rata)
We are seeking to appoint 2 enthusiastic and conscientious teaching assistants who enjoy using their own initiative and working as a member of a team.
Post 1 is to support a child with an EHCP.
Post 2 is a general teaching assistant to support teaching and learning.
The successful candidates will be
- enthusiastic, innovative and creative in their thinking
- confident in supporting phonics
- committed to developing their own skills
- committed to delivering high quality support and intervention work
- preparing and adapting resources and teaching materials
- liaising with the teacher and SENDCO
and will have consistently high expectations of pupil behaviour and achievement.
