We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and inspirational teacher of Physics to join the Science team here at Queen Elizabeth’s High School. The Science department at QEHS is a large, friendly, supportive and forward-looking department. We have staff with a wealth of experience, as well as staff early in their career, and are fortunate in being a very well-resourced faculty with practical work being supported by a team of science technicians. The
Science faculty runs a very popular STEM Society in which students work towards their CREST awards, go on trips and take part in weekly activities. In addition, there are also lots of exciting opportunities to get involved in, including whole school initiatives to enable you to develop and grow your career.

You will be a strong practitioner with a degree and a teaching qualification. You must have a commitment to practical and innovative teaching and learning, both inside and outside the classroom.
