This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Manor Farm Academy as part of our growth to a one form entry school. The academy currently has 150 pupils on roll from Reception to Year 4 and has an annual intake of 30 pupils each year until we reach capacity at 210 pupils. This post offers an exciting opportunity for someone who is keen on shaping the ethos of a school as it grows in the heart of the community. We are therefore looking for a committed, able professional to contribute to the establishment and direction of the academy within the next phase of its development.
We are particularly keen to hear from those who will be in the very early stage of their teaching career in September 2021. Applicants should have the ability to deliver consistently good and outstanding lessons with a genuine passion and desire to have an impact upon pupil achievement and enjoyment.
We are specifically looking for candidates who:
- have very high expectations of teaching and pupil achievement
- are excellent and enthusiastic classroom practitioners
- will actively contribute to the development of our dedicated and professional staff team
- will be able to offer subject leadership once they successfully completed their NQT year
- have strong career aspirations

In accordance with Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016 (Fluency Duty), the ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
