Part time and temporary Reception/KS1 teacher for Catch Up Interventions

 We are looking for a 15hr per week Reception/KS1 teacher who would run catch up intervention groups five mornings a week across Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 – initially up to the end of the Summer Term 2021 – but this may be extended dependant on finances. The group size would be a maximum of 3 children, but an excellent knowledge of teaching Phonics and of the Reception/KS1 maths and English curriculum would be essential.

 Candidates must be willing to sign up to the NTP (National Tutoring Programme) scheme.

 The successful candidates will be able to deliver high quality catch up support in phonics, reading, writing and maths, being able to motivate and inspire children to become the best learners that they can be.

They must have a very good sense of humour and be able to build up excellent relationships with children and staff members.
