Coningsby St Michael’s C of E School are part of the Lincoln Anglican Academy Trust (LAAT). LAAT is a multi-academy trust formed by the Diocese of Lincoln. We are a growing and thriving family of schools who are dedicated to providing an excellent education for pupils across Lincolnshire. We place a strong emphasis on continued development. We believe in ensuring that children receive a well-rounded curriculum; where individual talents can be spotted and nurtured to ensure that all children experience success and reach their full potential.

We are seeking to appoint a high-quality classroom practitioner to join our dedicated and friendly team. This is a permanent part time role, working 3 days per week. The post is currently based in KS1.

The successful candidate will need to have good communication and interpersonal skills, high expectations and a real commitment to achieving the very highest of standards.
