About the Role
Lincolnshire adult care are leading the way in how the lives of vulnerable adults with a physical disability or elderly frail and their families are changed to enable longer independence and connecting to the important resources local communities have to offer. This has been noticed by other authorities who are wanting to know more about the conversation model and strength based approach we utilise.
