We are currently looking to recruit 1 x Level 2 Social Worker into our Adult Care team in Skegness, 2 x Level 2 Social Worker into our Adult Care team in Louth and 1 x Level 2 Social Worker (30 HRS) into our Adult Care team in Market Rasen

The Skegness, Louth and Market Rasen Adult Care Teams are busy area teams covering the East Coast, which has a varied population with a mixed demographic of permanent and seasonal residents. A strength-based model is used in working with adults over the age of 18 with a physical disability and with older adults over 65, and their carers.
We are looking for an experienced and motivated social worker who is a team player and can offer support and supervision to colleagues as well as carrying a caseload of more complex cases.
You will need to have a nationally recognised Formal Social Work Qualification, coupled with experience in supervision of non-qualified workers.
It goes without saying that tact, diplomacy and sensitivity are key skills to be successful in this position.
