This post is eligible for attraction supplements of up to 15% of annual gross salary available for up to 2 years.

Areas of Practice: Public childcare law, including pre-proceedings, care proceedings, fostering and adoption. Do you have experience in this field or can you evidence good transferable skills (including advocacy) with reference to private law family proceedings to move into this fast-paced area of the law? Applicants must hold a recognised legal professional qualification and be entitled to practice as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives, Solicitor or Barrister, having acquired at least 3 years relevant post-qualification experience. A driving licence is also essential due to the need to travel across the County to fulfil the requirements of the role.
