The successful candidate will be a proven and nurturing practitioner who is committed to making a positive impact on the overall education of children with SEN. This role is for an experienced teacher who understands the tasks and challenges of SEN practice, who can support and guide staff and also work closely with parents and external partners. You will be supporting staff to ensure the quality of lessons meet the needs of all pupils with special educational needs in order to provide an excellent education for all at Charles Baines Community Primary School. In return we can provide you with a happy and enthusiastic staff team who are committed in moving our good school forward. Charles Baines is well-regarded in the local community and is a popular choice for parents. We received ‘Good’ in October 2019 by OfSTED and have continued to improve. At Charles Baines Community Primary School we offer a diverse curriculum enriched by hands-on experiences and we benefit from being very well resourced in terms of practical equipment, ICT, Clevertouch screens, online learning materials and a new well-resourced library. We are seeking a candidate who will have a really positive whole school impact on teaching and learning for children with special educational needs.
