We are looking to recruit Relief Day Opportunities Assistants to support people who have a Learning/Physical Disability both in the community bases and within the local community in the East of Lincolnshire.

You will be encouraging individuals to achieve their potential.  To deliver quality services in a sensitive, caring and professional manner.  You will be supporting people with complex needs and personal care needs.

About the role:

We are looking to recruit relief workers in Boston, Horncastle, Louth, Skegness and Mablethorpe. Once appointed you have the opportunity to work in one, or all of these areas.  You will be required to provide support to people who have a Learning or Physical Disability both in the community base and within the local community.

You will contribute to the provision of an environment in which individuals are encouraged to achieve their potential and a degree of independence appropriate to their age, ability and aptitude.  Your role will also require you to participate in the delivery of quality services in a sensitive, caring and professional manner.  Duties may include supporting people with complex needs and personal care needs.

About you:

We are looking for someone who has excellent organisation and communication skills who is able to use their own initiative to meet the individual needs of the customers whilst working in a person centred way.
