The Pupil Reintegration Team (PRT) has a vacancy for a Reintegration Officer based in Lincoln but working primarily with schools in the south half of the county.

The PRT supports schools across the county, providing professional challenge, advice and guidance on inclusion primarily, but also exclusion from schools.   We are a busy team and the ability to work under pressure, manage conflicting priorities and remain resilient is essential.

The capacity to build positive relationships with headteachers, senior school staff, governors and colleagues across children's services within what are often emotive and complex situations is essential.

The role involves management of a dedicated team of caseworkers as well as leading on strategic work-streams to deliver the Inclusive Lincolnshire Strategy as it continues to evolve.

Experience of working with schools and families is essential as is a sound knowledge of education legislation including exclusion from schools and local inclusion-related policies.

For more information about the role please contact Carol Duncan 01522 553510 or Mary Meredith 01522 554549
