Springwell Alternative Academy Spalding is currently located at a temporary site in Boston and will be moving to a new school in Spalding.  

We wish to appoint a full time Premises Supervisor to help maintain a clean, safe and compliant learning and working environment, starting at the beginning of December. 

We are keen to build a team across the Springwell Lincolnshire family that can boast a range of trades but no formal qualifications are required; however, the successful candidate will need to demonstrate their competence in general maintenance and repairs. 

The key attribute will be a ‘can do’ attitude and the ability to travel to other Springwell Lincolnshire sites to help out or to swap skills and good practice makes the ability to drive with access to a vehicle essential. 

The starting salary is £20,344 for a 37 hour week.  Full details can be found in the job description.
