We are looking for a Registered Nurse with a SCPHN qualification who is a dynamic, committed practitioner with experience of management and/or leadership, safeguarding, integrated working and supporting staff through change. If you have excellent people and communication skills, are eager to try new ideas and develop the service, can motivate and support others, then we would really like to hear from you. Experience in delivering safeguarding supervision would be advantageous.

The post holder will lead a team of public health skill mix staff to deliver the Healthy Child Programme 0-6 and the Children and Young People Nursing offer (6-19), working in a child and family focused way in partnership with other services and providers.

NMC annual payments are reimbursed.

Children's Health is part of the wider Children Services in Lincolnshire and we offer an integrated service supporting families with seamless care

You would be joining a supportive management team with excellent working relationships with commissioners and colleagues in other agencies.

Due to the nature of this role it is essential that applicants are able to travel independently across localities and have access to a suitable vehicle for business purposes.
