Full-time Pastoral Student Support

37 hours per week, 39 weeks per Year

G5.12 £17,799.91 – G5.15 £20,046.07 (pro rata)

 We are seeking to make an appointment within the Pastoral Team to provide Student Support for our students who are aged between 11 and 18. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, patient, caring and well-qualified, holding a relevant professional qualification in Counselling at Diploma Level or higher and who has had previous experience in counselling in a similar setting.

 The successful applicant will be able to work flexibly, demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills with young people, use their own initiative and work under pressure within a very successful pastoral team.
