We are seeking to appoint a Pastoral Manager to join our Team. This is a highly valued and responsible position requiring a team player who is self-motivated and, willing to respond enthusiastically in an organisation that has high expectations of all colleagues.

The role will involve providing pastoral support to students throughout the day. This will involve collecting students from classrooms as well as break and lunch time duties.

This is a very exciting opportunity and the successful candidate must be resilient and committed to providing pastoral support for students who may be angry, distressed or upset. You must be an effective communicator, have patience, and be able to respond appropriately to different situations.
