Salary Band 4 starting salary - £21,748 - £24,491 FTE per annum (Pro rata) (£20,208 - £22,757 Actual salary)
Permanent (37 hours a week worked over 43 weeks)
Based at St Augustine Catholic Voluntary Academy, Stamford
We are part of the. St Thérèse of Lisieux Catholic Multi Academy Trust which is one of four Catholic Multi Academy Trusts (CMAT’s) in the Diocese of Nottingham, which provides consistent, proactive and high quality support services to all our head teachers, senior leaders, teachers, support staff, governors and trustees.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Manager to join a great school with a committed team who work closely together to provide high quality teaching and learning as well as providing a caring and supportive ethos for all our children.
The successful candidate will have the ability to:
- Use their initiative and work as part of a team
- Lead an administrative team providing effective line management.
- Organise and manage their time effectively
- Demonstrate a range of ideas to develop and shape the office function to provide a high quality customer focused administrative support service to colleagues, parents and students.

You do not need to be a practising Catholic but must be committed to working within a Christian ethos.
