We have a small number of vacancies in Boston and Lincoln. Please indicate in your personal statement which post you are applying for.
Become the social worker you want to be
Families and the challenges they face are always changing. So, we need to change too. With our training and guidance, we’ll show you how make a positive impact today – and shape the way we work tomorrow. Together, our aim is to:

- Ensure everything we do is guided by what’s best for them
- Create a new model for how a children’s services department should work.
What you’ll do
Working at the heart of our children’s services team, you will conduct a range of important assessments, including Child in Need, Child Protection and Looked After Children cases. You’ll be involved in these from start to finish, planning, reviewing and delivering support. At the same time, we’ll provide you with expert assistance as you complete your ASYE course.
What we’re looking for
- A newly qualified (or about to be qualified) social worker (PG Dip SW; BA Hons SW, and MA SW), registered with the SWE (if already a QSW)
- Willingness to learn and get stuck into training opportunities, including our well established ASYE course
- Strong communication skills, allowing you to explain complex information in ways that are easy to understand.
We understand that you may have questions, or simply want to speak one of the team to find out more about working here. That’s why we have a dedicated in-house adviser on hand to talk to you, or support you with your application. Simply contact Laura Bonner on firstname.lastname@example.org and she’ll be in touch as soon as possible.
