What you’ll do

Working at the forefront of our children’s services team, you’ll manage a range of complex assessments, covering Child in Need, Child Protection and Looked After Children cases. Using your experience, you’ll lead on these from start to finish, from planning stages through to assessment completion. At the same time, we’ll provide comprehensive induction, training and coaching strategies, allowing you to move forward or between roles.

What we’re looking for

  • A professional, qualified social worker, registered with the HCPC
  • Someone who has completed the ASYE course and is ready to move into a Level 2 role
  • At least two years of being qualified
  • In-depth knowledge of legislative frameworks and legal proceedings that govern children’s services
  • Experience managing people and projects at different levels
  • Exceptional communication skills.
