Woodlands Academy is an outstanding secondary special school for pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.  The school is part of Community Inclusive Trust (CIT), a Multi Academy Trust comprising of 12 special and mainstream primary schools across Lincolnshire.

We are looking to appoint a Leader of Outdoor Education and Duke of Edinburgh. At Woodlands Academy, we offer Outdoor Education from Year 8, incorporating Duke of Edinburgh to Years 9, 10 and 11.

The successful candidate will:

• Be confident in leading outdoor activities both onsite and offsite.

• Have a positive outlook with an ability to work alone and as part of a team

• Have strong communication and time management skills

• Have good decision making abilities

• Be flexible in order to meet the requirements of accreditations.
