Having an aptitude and appreciation for the benefits of modern technology to support a diverse workforce and drive digital transformation, you will be able to spot opportunities for improvements and be able to build the business case for change.

Experience in developing excellent stakeholder relationships, internally and externally will be advantageous, as will any experience in managing service delivery with internal, or contracted-for, IT services.

Most of all, we are looking for colleagues with a passion for good service, with the determination to change the way we do things, alongside a pragmatic approach to managing stakeholders and handling matters when things go wrong.
