This is a new post (HLTA Behaviour Mentor) within school so the scope to develop this is exciting. We are looking for a person who will help to develop our approach to behaviour and lead the staff and children to develop coping strategies, enhance motivation, raise aspirations and encourage re-engagement with learning.

Higher Level Teaching Assistant - Sir Francis Hill Community Primary School, Lincoln 

The post will be full time (32.5 hours per week) with the hours being 8.45 am – 3.45 pm each day.
