Following the retirement of our previous Headteacher, we are pleased to announce this exciting opportunity to work in one of South Lincolnshire’s leading ‘Good-rated’ rural primary schools.

We are looking to appoint a dynamic new Headteacher who can lead the school, communicate well and continue the great outcomes delivered by our former head and our current acting head.

The successful candidate will be a confident and supportive leader with an interest in, and experience of, all key stages who understands what it takes to lead a successful team in a small rural school.

They will have the opportunity to work with a very experienced and caring team in a thriving, happy school noted for its ethos of hard work, resilience and fun.

As head of Bythams School, the successful candidate will also benefit from the support of an engaged Governing Body and active local community.
