John Spendluffe Technology College is a popular and oversubscribed, non-selective, converter secondary Academy serving the community of Alford, in Lincolnshire. The town is on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds (a designated AONB) and close to the coast.

The Governors are seeking to appoint an inspirational Headteacher with significant senior leadership experience who demonstrates passion, ambition and drive to lead the school in its next stage of development. The candidate will need to be proactive, strategic, resilient and determined to ensure that the aspirations of our students and their families are achievable goals.

JSTC is an outward facing school, working collaboratively with a range of partners to develop effective professional practice across all of our staff and ambitious leadership at all levels.

JSTC provides a broad, knowledge rich curriculum at both KS3 and 4.
