Queen Elizabeth's High School (QEHS) is seeking an inspirational, talented and determined professional to lead this wonderful 11-18 co-educational grammar school. The Governors wish to appoint an outstanding educationalist to lead this successful school, building upon the significant achievements of the Headteacher, David Allsop, who is leaving after 11 years’ distinguished service.  

Queen Elizabeth’s High School is a popular school with 1220 students on roll including 300 in the Sixth Form. The school has been judged ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted. Examination results at GCSE and A Level consistently place the school amongst the top 200 in the country.

The Governors welcome applications from suitably qualified and experienced professionals from the maintained and private sectors in selective and non-selective schools.
