The Governors of The Bythams Primary School wish to appoint an inspirational, motivated and committed new Head Teacher.
This role will begin at the start of the 2024/25 school year - 1st September 2024.
We are seeking someone who is inspirational, appreciates the opportunities and challenges within a small school and can build on our determination for every pupil to flourish. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a good understanding of supporting SEND and the drive and commitment required to grow this wonderful village school. This would be an ideal post for someone early in their Head Teacher career journey.
The post would include a level of teaching commitment of up to two days per week.

Fluency Duty
In accordance with Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016 (Fluency Duty), the ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
