Head of Finance
Due to recent promotions, exciting opportunities have arisen for two Heads of Finance to support our Adult Care and Communities directorates.
We are looking for experienced, flexible, highly motivated qualified accountants to lead their respective teams in delivering a diverse range of financial services. The role includes the provision of financial support and advice to directorates and the chance to help shape their key strategic decisions.

If so, Lincolnshire County Council has two opportunities for Heads of Finance to lead the Adult Care and Communities teams.
As a member of the Council's senior finance management team you will help shape the Council's finance strategy and drive improvement across the wider team. You will lead, manage and develop your own team, providing strategic and operational support to Adult Care or the Communities directorates and their senior management teams. The roles include providing financial advice on strategic decisions, as well as support with budget setting, monitoring and reporting, and completion of the financial statements.
You will be able to evidence successful leadership of a team, preferably within local government or the public sector.
The roles involve managing teams of circa 15 FTE based in the thriving cathedral city of Lincoln.
