Facilities Management Officer
An exciting opportunity has been created within Lincolnshire County Councils Facilities Management team for a Facilities Management Officer. Lincolnshire County Councils Facilities Management team is responsible for the management, maintenance and compliance of over 600 buildings across the county.
The role will involve monitoring and managing all aspects of the facilities management sections of the corporate property contract. This will require working closely with LCC's facilities management main contractor and developing a good working relationship.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious and fast-learning individual with excellent interpersonal skills. Ideally candidates will also have property facilities management experience along with experience in managing, monitoring and instructing contractors. The successful candidate will also be able to work across a range of different work streams, displaying the necessary professionalism and confidence to work alongside and advise Senior Managers and Members.
The post holder will provide reports and monitoring data to the Senior Facilities Manager and will need to be adaptable and able to deal with dynamic situations as they develop. The ability to be reactive and to prioritise work is essential.
