Facilities Caretaker
North Kesteven Academy, we are seeking a reliable and responsible Facilities Caretaker to join our team on a flexible contract. This role is essential to maintaining the smooth operation and security of our school and leisure facilities.

FACILITIES CARETAKER - North Kesteven Academy, North Hykeham
Contract: Variable hours as required including evenings and weekends, potentially up to 10pm.
Hourly Rate of Pay: £12.49
Responsibilities:
As a Facilities Caretaker, you will be responsible for ensuring the school and leisure facilities operate smoothly and securely during evenings and weekends.
Your tasks will include opening and closing the site, ensuring sports facilities are ready for use, and managing floodlight operations.
You will also address any site issues that arise, carry out light caretaking duties such as minor maintenance, and lock up securely at the end of your shift.
Requirements:
We are looking for someone reliable, proactive, and safety-conscious, with a strong sense of responsibility.
You should be comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends up to 10pm.
Basic problem-solving skills and the ability to handle site-related issues efficiently are essential.
