EYFS/KS1 Teacher
We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated EYFS/KS1 Class Teacher who is able to inspire, challenge and nurture our children to ensure excellent outcomes for all.
FULL TIME EYFS/KS1 CLASS TEACHER
TO START April 2025 (or sooner)
The successful candidate must:
• be passionate and knowledgeable and have a strong understanding of the Early Years Framework and the National Curriculum
• have knowledge of how children learn and develop, including their emotional wellbeing
• Have the ability to work with young children and their families in a sensitive and positive way.
• Be able to organise and maintain a secure, safe and stimulating working environment for the range of activities taking place
• Demonstrate the ability to be creative and innovative in curriculum planning, being able to make links between different areas of learning and inspire and challenge learners to enable every child to reach their full potential
• be a role model for the development of pupils’ social behaviour and attitudes and have strong behaviour management skills
• Have excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
• Be patient and supportive with the varied needs of all our children.
• Be able to motivate and inspire a love of learning in all pupils
• Be professional, enthusiastic, energetic, resilient and prepared to go that extra mile to make a difference for our children
