EXAMINATIONS MANAGER (Potential Development Opportunity) - North Kesteven Academy North Hykeham 
Contract: 37 hours per week, 42 weeks per year
Salary: NJC 19-22 £29,777 to £31,364 pro rata

This large secondary Academy is seeking a committed and self-motivated professional who can either bring their previous exams experience to hit the ground running, or take advantage of a real opportunity to retrain. This post supports our leadership and teaching teams by providing an outstanding exams management service, and offers a fantastic opportunity for the right person.

This is a key role that will be responsible for leading and executing a timely and compliant annual examination plan. You may already have that experience. Alternatively, we can teach you. Of most importance to us are the skills and personal qualities you bring.

You

  • You could be a seasoned exams professional looking for a change of role.
  • You may be an experienced administrator seeking a little more responsibility, or someone looking to change career completely.
  • You may be a new graduate.
  • You may have taken a break from the workforce for some reason and now feel ready to return.
  • You will demonstrate calmness under pressure, the ability to adapt to changing priorities effectively, exceptional organisation and analytical skills, and forensic attention to detail.
  • You will need to be resilient, and have the ability to deal with an unexpected problem without losing sight of the bigger picture.
