EDUCATION SUPPORT TEACHERS (NON-CONTRACT/CASUAL). 

On-Going Requirement – County Wide. 

Salary dependant on experience plus travel allowance. 

The Pilgrim School wishes to interview experienced and highly motivated teachers willing to join our pool of Education Support teachers on zero hours contract. The Pilgrim School has an established and highly effective team of permanent members of staff, supported, as and when necessary, by teachers who are paid on an hourly rate. 

Teachers are required who are specialists in GCSE Humanities, other subject specialisms are also welcome to apply. Candidates must demonstrate a willingness to teach across the core subjects up to and including KS4. Teachers who are willing to work with Primary and Secondary age pupils, or who have experience and/or qualifications in SEN, are welcomed. 

The Pilgrim School provides lessons in both pupils’ homes and three main bases throughout Lincolnshire. Pupils who receive education support are diagnosed as medically unfit to return to school or have social/communication or mental health difficulties which make school attendance difficult. 

It is essential that applicants are able to travel between pupils’ homes, schools and the main base serving the locality.
