About this Role
The right candidate will:

  • Lead the school on safeguarding and liaison with external agencies
  • Work with staff and parents to ensure that our children have the very best opportunity in education
  • Have the ability to build constructive and professional relationships with parents, children and staff
  • Take a central part in school life such as greeting children at the gate in the morning
  • Have the ability to draw on a wide range of support services, information, opportunities and guidance


Applicants will need to:

  • Have a proven record of effective work with vulnerable families.
  • Be someone who is passionate about supporting all children
  • Have the ability to build and maintain successful relationships both with colleagues and families
  • Have experience of safeguarding children, Child Protection and online record keeping
  • Have sense of humour and be resilient and resourceful
  • Be emotionally robust, capable of dealing with challenging situations
