Deputy Headteacher

There is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, ambitious and experienced leader to join our popular and thriving primary school as Deputy Headteacher. The successful candidate will have the ability to lead, inspire and motivate colleagues and children and significantly contribute to the continual development of the school. Working as part of an established leadership team, you will hone your leadership skills as you work collaboratively to build on the school’s existing strengths. Tower Road Academy is a three-form entry school in Boston, Lincolnshire. Our expansive site provides a wide range of facilities that boosts our curriculum offer to pupils, including a dance studio, all-weather sports pitch and computing suite. The school has high aspirations for pupils and is recognised as a ‘nurturing, friendly and ambitious school’ (Ofsted, 2024).

Fluency Duty
In accordance with Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016 (Fluency Duty), the ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
