We are looking for an inspirational Deputy Headteacher who has:

 Proven ability to demonstrate outstanding teaching and who has an excellent record of classroom practice
 Recent experience in a leadership team, with a proven track record of successfully improving outcomes for all children, especially those in more challenging circumstances.
 The drive to lead within a distributed leadership ethos, with leadership skills that motivate and inspire staff and children to achieve the highest standards.
 Commitment to further raising the standards of teaching and learning that our school has achieved
 Experience in leading Safeguarding and/or Pupil Premium would be beneficial

Fluency Duty
