This post would include the equivalent of one day per week of strategic cover to release teachers to fulfil leadership responsibilities.

• have a proven track record of outstanding pupils outcomes and experience of innovative curriculum design
• will actively contribute to the continued development of our dedicated and professional staff team
• demonstrate strong career aspirations with an appetite for working in an exciting learning environment
• has proven experience across KS1 and KS2
• has an in-depth knowledge of the Ofsted framework
