Working for the Mosaic Development and Support Team, you’ll provide direct support to the MDaS Data Officer. The role will entail working across both Children’s Services and Adult Care, to assist with identifying and investigating data quality issues within Mosaic, as well as helping to improve and maintain existing standards. It will also involve exercising and advocating strict file management policies, to ensure Mosaic records fulfil both local retention schedules and LCC’s legal obligation in adhering to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

 The primary skills and qualities required for this position:

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Being comfortable working with large datasets.
  • A keen eye for detail.
  • A good team player, but also able to work autonomously for long periods without losing focus or concentration, whilst maintaining total accuracy.
  • Solid IT skills, including competent use of Excel.
  • Experience of using Mosaic would be advantageous but is not essential.
  • Enthusiastic about data!
