We are pleased to announce that we have openings for two Community & Interventions Team (CIT) Apprentices to join our dynamic team! This apprenticeship is intended to offer on-the-job training through the study of a Level 2 Community Activator Coach qualification.
As a CIT Apprentice, you will support colleagues to plan and deliver an exciting programme of sport and positive activities within local communities, to engage and improve the outcomes for children, young people and families. You will support the delivery of quality personal and social development opportunities for children and young people, aiming to support their successful transition into adulthood.

We are pleased to announce that we have openings for two Community & Interventions Team (CIT) Apprentices to join our dynamic team! This apprenticeship is intended to offer on-the-job training through the study of a Level 2 Community Activator Coach qualification. These roles will be an 18 month, fixed-term contact; with one based in Gainsborough, and the other in Skegness.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a CIT Apprentice, you will support colleagues to plan and deliver an exciting programme of sport and positive activities within local communities, to engage and improve the outcomes for children, young people and families. You will support the delivery of quality personal and social development opportunities for children and young people, aiming to support their successful transition into adulthood.

We are offering a competitive salary of £23,656, along with a Level 2 Community Activator Coach qualification.
