The post holder must have a good standard of general education with a minimum of 4 GCSE passes at Grade C or above or equivalent including English and Math's. You should have at least 2 years practice experience within a Social care or similar role. You should be able to demonstrate commitment to continuous professional development and to work as part of a team. You will also have the organisational and administrative skills necessary for managing a complex and varied caseload.
It goes without saying that it is essential that you can show sound knowledge of relevant legislation underpinning statutory Adult Care Practice; be able to demonstrate values that promote wellbeing, challenge oppression and discriminations and empower people to live well.
