Clerk to Governors

Salary: G4.9 £19,698 to G4.12 £20,903 pro rata

Approximately 1.76 hours per week

Start date: April 2021

The Governors of St. Margaret’s C of E Primary School wish to appoint an organised, reliable and enthusiastic person with the ability to communicate clearly at all levels, to undertake administrative and organisational duties for our Full Governing Body.

The Clerks main role is to provide a professional service to the Governing Body, including the preparation and distribution of agenda and minutes, attending meetings of the Governing Body, dealing with general correspondence and maintaining records of attendance and meetings etc.

The hours will be flexible, attendance at evening meetings will be required. Professionalism and discretion are essential qualities for this role as you will be dealing with highly confidential information.
