What you’ll do

Working at the forefront of our children’s services team, you’ll manage a range of assessments, covering Child in Need, Child Protection and Looked After Children cases. Using your experience, you’ll lead on these from start to finish, from planning stages through to assessment completion. At the same time, we’ll provide comprehensive induction, training and coaching strategies, allowing you to move forward or between roles.

What we’re looking for

  • A professional, qualified social worker, registered with the SWE
  • Someone who has completed the ASYE course
  • Knowledge of legislative frameworks and legal proceedings that govern children’s services
  • Exceptional communication skills
